Normally attorney will not be present. Client will need to check his court room on the first floor to find what room to go to (AP4, AP1, etc.).  Make sure you have all compliance papers such as:

1.    Receipt from cashier with fine/surcharge is paid.

2.    Certificate from completed program (if ordered)

3.    Letter of completion from community service (if ordered)

4.    Anything else ordered.

Go to room assigned and ask any court officer, who will take compliance documents. Give originals to the officer and keep copies for yourself. In most cases you will not be called in front of judge. If officer/court will ask for your attorney, feel free to call as at 718-376-4766 and we will be in court in a 20 min.

If you can not comply because you do not have money to pay fine or your program or community service is not finished, you still MUST go to court and ask compliance officer for the new date so you will have few months to comply. You MUST come to new date to finish compliance or to get another date if needed.
